NEW YORK CITY—The Gay Men's Health Crisis will relocate its headquarters to 307 W. 38th St., between Eighth and Ninth avenues. The move, which will occur by July 1, will accommodate expanding services, and increase accessibility to its more than 12,000 annual clients.

GMHC's current office at 446 W. 33rd St., also known as 5 Manhattan West, is slightly farther west, between Ninth and Tenth avenues. The organization has been there since 2010, when it subleased the space from WNET. Savills Studley represented GMHC in its relocation; the new lease is for 30 years.

The new location will be closer to several major transportation hubs: the Times Square subway station, the Port Authority Bus Terminal and Penn Station.
