NEW YORK CITY—Cushman & Wakefield has acquired Integrity Consulting Group, a Manhattan firm focused on real estate project management. The company's founder, Richard Jantz, appointed as an executive managing director, will lead Cushman & Wakefield's project and development services group for the tri-state region, beginning later this month.

The project management and development services group supports several hundred million square feet of commercial office development, corporate headquarters, financial centers, and technology, hospitality, government and educational facilities around the world.

Jantz's role will also include responsibilities in tenant project management, investor services, account management, strategic planning, capital planning, site selections and environmental efforts.

Trained in architecture, Jantz has 20 years of commercial real estate project management experience. In 2011, he founded Integrity Consulting Group with his wife, Leslie Jantz, where for seven years they provided real estate project services for clients including Nasdaq, WWE and Tavern on the Green.

Before starting Integrity Consulting, he was a SVP at Jones Lang LaSalle from Sept. 2004 through July 2009.

At JLL, he led the project management strategic planning supporting Madison Square Garden's renovations. The $1 billion of construction took three years and the renovations were unveiled in 2013. That year, the New York City Council voted to extend the Garden's special operating permit for only a decade, a far shorter time period than the in perpetuity request of the owners. Whether the Garden will relocate with the upgrading and expanding of Penn Station remains unknown.

Prior to his position at JLL, Jantz was a VP at Quartararo & Associates, where he led the team that constructed the Time Warner Center. The project included a one million square-foot condominium and the 2.7 million square-foot tower.
