WASHINGTON, DC–Last we reported that MRP Realty acquired the 400-unit apartment building in Alexandria, Va., called Windsor at Arbors. We've learned some additional information about the sale, namely that MRP Realty partnered with Westbrook Partners in its purchase and that the property traded for $100 million or $250,000 per unit.

Other recent sales in the Washington DC area include 1000 Hampton Park Blvd., in Capitol Heights, Md., which traded for $20.3 million or $146 per square foot.

Lerner Enterprises picked up 49 L St., SE for $31 million, or $1,046 per square foot. The existing 29,640-square foot warehouse that sits on the property will be demolished.

Hersha Hospitality sold the Hyatt House Gaithersburg for $19 million, or $135,714 per unit, and Kettler sold 2321 Good Hope Court SE, a 176-unit apartment building for $25.1 million to NHP Foundation.
