NEW YORK CITY—The artificial intelligence company Clarifai, Inc. has signed a four-year and three-month lease with SL Green Realty Corp. for 17,255 square feet at 215 Park Ave. South. It will occupy the entire 10th floor. The asking rent is $70 per square foot.
The expanding tech company which has a focus on visual recognition, has offices in San Francisco and New York City. Clarifai will relocate its New York team from its Hudson Square location at 137 Varick St. to its new space when renovations are completed, expected in mid-June.
