Littler Renews East Midtown Office Lease

NEW YORK CITY—Littler Mendelson, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, renewed its 34,708 square-foot lease with the Paramount Group at 900 Third Ave. The firm will continue to occupy the entire seventh and eighth floors of the 36-story office building that sits on the corner of Third Avenue and East 54th Street, in Midtown East. Littler employs more than 1,500 attorneys in over 75 offices around the world. 

The asking rent was $72 per square foot for the 12-year lease, which begins in the second quarter of 2018. The LEED-certified building was originally constructed in 1983.
