Multi-Million Redesign Gives Way to Top Block

4851 LBJ, a class-A office building located at LBJ and the Tollway, is a popular tenant choice because of the hub location to all parts of the city and its redesigned top two floors known as “The Top Block”.

DALLAS—Champion Partners has pumped more than $2 million into 4851 LBJ, a class-A office building on the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Interstate 635/LBJ freeway. As a result, the building is attracting new tenants, specifically to the building’s redesigned top two floors (11 and 12) dubbed “The Top Block.” Leasing efforts are led by NAI Robert Lynn’s James Davis and Tom Lynn.

“The Top Block space at 4851 LBJ offers a unique opportunity for creating a high-profile, high-energy corporate workplace and identity,” said Steve Modory, co-managing partner, Champion Partners.
