Skanska Tops Out RESA

RESA is part of Skanska’s Tyber Place in NoMa.

WASHINGTON, DC–Skanska USA has topped out at RESA, signaling the last pour of the concrete on the roof level at the 12-story, 326-unit luxury building.

RESA is located at 22 M St, NE between North Capitol and First Streets, NE, in the NoMA neighborhood. Mark Carroll, head of Skanska’s real estate development operations, says that there was strong collaboration in NoMa between the community, planners and residents on the project.
