Office Sites Hit Stride in Retaining Competitive Edge

The Harwood District’s amenities and intelligent design aim to provide tenants in today’s competitive labor market with a workplace advantage in both the talent attraction and retention arenas.

Saint Ann Court Saint Ann Court opened in 2009 and is the sixth of 18 phases planned by Harwood International.

DALLAS—Boston Consulting Group recently renewed its lease in the Harwood District. The consulting firm renewed the 69,624-square-foot space at Harwood No. 6–Saint Ann Court and will continue occupying approximately three floors of Harwood No. 6, according to development firm Harwood International.

Hannah Waidmann and Kelly Whaley of Harwood International negotiated the lease with Harlan Davis, Neal Puckett and Phil Puckett of CBRE.
