DEERFIELD BEACH, FL—Automotive company JM Family Enterprises, Inc. reports it will be launching a $150-million redevelopment of its headquarters campus here.

The company, which is celebrating its 50th year in business in 2018, will begin construction in July on a three-year project that will involve the demolition of seven outdated buildings and the retention of three campus buildings, consisting of two existing office buildings and a parking garage.

A company spokesperson tells Globest.com that some site work has commenced, but no demolition or new construction has started as yet. The project will involve the consolidation of buildings and the campus footprint to the south end of Jim Moran Blvd to create a more collaborative, pedestrian-friendly atmosphere. The project is expected to be completed in 2021.
