WEST PALM BEACH, FL—Co-working franchise Venture X reports it will be opening a new location in Downtown West Palm Beach this fall at Related Companies' CityPlace West Palm Beach development.
The new Venture X location will total approximately 12,500 square feet of shared workspace and private offices at CityPlace West Palm Beach at 700 South Rosemary Ave.
The Venture X franchise brand, headquartered in West Palm Beach, announced earlier this year it expects a total of 30 new locations to open this year, including eight new Texas locations in the first half of 2018, and a new location in Colorado, Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Florida and New Jersey.
