Integra Hires 2 Execs For New DC Office
Martha Heric and R. Benjamin Zapp have joined the new office as managing director and director, respectively.
WASHINGTON, DC–On the heels of opening a Washington, DC office last month, Integra Realty Resources has brought on board two industry execs to its local team: Martha Heric,a 20-year industry veteran who joins as managing director and R. Benjamin Zapp, who joins as director with nearly 15 years of experience. The local office’s senior managing director is Dennis Duffy.
Heric most recently served as a vice president in Wells Fargo Bank’s Mid-Atlantic Region Real Estate Technical Services Group. During her nearly 10-year tenure, her primary responsibility was to conduct appraisal reviews for Capital Markets, concentrating on retail and hospitality properties. Prior to that, she was a senior appraiser with Cushman & Wakefield.
Zapp most recently worked for Metropolitan Valuation Services, Inc. and Joseph J. Blake & Associates in New York City and Washington, DC respectively.
IRR’s Washington, DC office opened in March alongside new offices in Northern New Jersey, Philadelphia and Fort Worth. Over the past 18 months IRR has added a dozen new offices in San Francisco, Sacramento, Chicago, Puerto Rico, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. It has also expanded its Healthcare & Senior Housing practice group, and launched IRR-Hotels, a hotel specialty practice group.
