Buckhead Tower, 3399 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA

ATLANTA, GA—Israeli tech company Networx Systems is leasing 20,838 square feet on a single floor at Buckhead Tower, located in the heart of Atlanta's Buckhead submarket, for its North American headquarters.

The company provides a web-based platform dedicated to supporting homeowners in their search for top-rated, trusted contractors, matching more than 800,000 homeowners to contractors each year.

“As a high growth company, we needed a space that would accommodate our current employees and allow us to double in size by 2020,” says Steve Storch, CEO of Networx Systems. “It was important to us to be in a like-minded business environment and to find a space that we could build out to suit our innovative, growth oriented culture.”

April Parrish, Kirk Diamond, Erin Smith and Stephen Bellwood of Cushman & Wakefield secured the lease on behalf of the tenant, and Adam Viente and Jeff Frantz of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Parmenter Realty Partners.

Networx will relocate from Roswell to Buckhead Tower this summer. The company currently includes 110 employees, and expects to grow to 200 employees by 2020, adding roles in product ownership, marketing, and US/UX design, as well as internships.

The 348,152-square-foot Buckhead Tower, 3399 Peachtree Road at the corner of Lenox Road and East Paces Ferry, is adjacent to the Buckhead MARTA station. The 19-story class A office building includes notable tenants such as State Bank, Gables Residential, Applied Systems and Crowe Howarth.
