ATLANTA, GA—Cushman & Wakefield is subleasing some space it vacated when it consolidated several business units at 1180 Peachtree last year.
Guardian Pharmacy Services, which provides pharmacy services to long-term care communities including assisted living, skilled nursing and others, will take a 25,250-square-foot, full-floor sublease for its headquarters at 171 17th Street at Atlantic Station in Midtown. Sam Hollis, Ken Ashley and Whitney Hembree of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.
