NEW YORK CITY—The Syska Hennessy Group has signed a lease deal for two floors at SL Green Realty's 1185 Ave. of the Americas tower in Midtown.
The global mechanical, electrical, plumbing, information and communication technology and commissioning engineering firm has signed a 15-year lease for 55,016 square feet at the 42-story tower.
Syska Hennessy Group, currently located at 1515 Broadway, will occupy the entire fourth and fifth floors of the 1.1-million-square-foot building. Peter Riguardi, Cynthia Wasserberger and Hayley Shoener of Jones Lang La Salle represented Syska Hennessy in the transaction while Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen represented SL Green in-house.
