CUMMING, GA—Lincoln Property Company Southeast brokered the sale of a multi-tenant industrial building in The Meadows at Bluegrass in Cumming, GA. Jeff Henson and Chip Sipple of Lincoln represented the seller.

Located at 2665 Pine Grove Road, The Meadows at Bluegrass building is a 25,200-square-foot single-story, multi-tenant industrial building. The 100-percent-leased property is located in The Meadows master planned development, which includes 787,798 square feet of office, 2,193,225 square feet of industrial and 686,752 square feet of flex space.

“Forsyth County is one of the fastest growing communities in the country, and the industrial market in this region continues to strengthen,” says Lincoln's Henson. “With recent building upgrades, a superior location in The Meadows, strong tenancy and recent leasing activity, this property presented a great opportunity for the buyer.”

The Meadows at Bluegrass features upgraded office finishes, a large truck court with dock-high and drive-in doors and ample parking. Located less than one mile from the future site of Forsyth County's new mixed-use community, Halcyon, The Meadows offers a huge and growing amenity base and strong surrounding demographics along McFarland Parkway.
