NEW YORK CITY—National staffing firm Solomon Page Group is expanding its offices at 260 Madison Ave and will now lease in excess of 52,000 square feet at the Sapir Organization's 22-story office tower.

CBRE reports that Solomon Page Group will be occupying 52,453 square feet of newly built contiguous space encompassing the entire fourth floor and will also lease a portion of the third floor of the 550,000-square-foot building. Solomon Page, a staffing solutions and executive search firm, previously occupied space across the third and seventh floors at the building. The firm inked a long-term lease for its new space.

CBRE's Peter Turchin, Gregg Rothkin, Brett Shannon, Tim Freydberg and Jared London served as the exclusive leasing agents for the building and arranged the lease on behalf of the Sapir Organization. Asking rent in the deal was in the mid $60s-per-square-foot, according to CBRE. Chris Mongeluzo, Moshe Sukenik and Eric Zemachson of Newmark Knight Frank represented Solomon Page Group in the lease negotiations.
