NEW YORK CITY—Deluxe Financial Services has signed a lease deal for more than 21,000 square feet of space at the Fisher Brothers’ 605 Third Avenue office tower in Midtown.
The 10-year lease deal with FMCG Direct, a Deluxe Financial Services Co., involves a total of 21,229 square feet encompassing the entire 37th floor of the 1.1-million-square-foot tower.
Deluxe Financial Services, which develops and delivers data-driven marketing campaigns that generate superior ROI for top financial institutions, will relocate to its new space from 90 Park Ave. in the first quarter of 2019.
With that deal in hand, Fisher Brothers has now secured 280,000 square feet of leases since completing a wide-ranging $25 million capital improvement program at 605 Third Ave. in early 2016.
Recent lease signings include a 50,391-square-foot lease with the Permanent Mission of Japan in April and last month, the Turkish Consulate General of New York signed a lease with Fisher Brothers for the entire 30th floor, comprising 19,871 square feet. They will move their operations from offices from 825 Third Ave.
“We are pleased to welcome FMCG Direct and its esteemed professionals to 605 Third Ave.,” says Fisher Brothers Partner Ken Fisher. “Our strong leasing momentum at 605 Third Ave. is a direct result of our efforts to provide a fully-modernized environment with progressive design and an expanded amenities program to our tenants.”
Deluxe Financial Services was represented by Ryan Tibbits and Harry Krausman of Cushman and Wakefield. Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc S. Packman and Clark Briffel, as well as by Andrew Ross of Cushman & Wakefield.
Fisher Brothers announced in April that it is partnering with office services provider Convene to create an exclusive tenant amenity center at 605 Third Ave. The seventh-floor space will feature a gourmet café and a terrace.
