ANDOVER, MA–Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT reports that it has sold the last data center in its portfolio with the sale of Andover Data Center.
The REIT sold the data center to an unaffiliated company for $15 million. The Andover Data Center is a million-critical data center that is about 25 miles north of Boston. It encompasses about 92,700 rentable square feet, and the aggregate net book value was approximately $10.6 million as of June 30, 2018.
