Lincoln's Matt Davis and George Gwaltney handle leasing of the property on behalf of the owner, TerraCap Management.
The four spec suites will range from 2,404 to 4,743 square feet. TerraCap invested more than $40 per square foot in each suite to construct high-end spaces well differentiated from the competition.
