Lincoln Unveils Spec Suites at Deerfield Point
Building owner TerraCap invested more than $40 per square foot in each suite to construct high-end spaces well differentiated from the competition.
ALPHARETTA, GA—Lincoln Property Company Southeast is planning four premium move-in ready speculative office suites at Deerfield Point, a two-building, class A office development located in the heart of Alpharetta, GA. Lincoln’s Matt Davis and George Gwaltney handle leasing of the property on behalf of the owner, TerraCap Management.
