SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ—PTC Therapeutics, an integrated biopharmaceutical company, has extended its lease for 90,000 square feet at its corporate headquarters and research and development facility within Middlesex Business Center. The 489,000 square-foot office park is located on Corporate Boulevard, directly off I-287 in South Plainfield, NJ. Middlesex Business Center consists of 11 buildings of office, warehouse and flex space.

PTC Therapeutics specializes in genetic research focused on discovering and developing novel oral treatments for patients with serious and life-limiting disorders. The company occupies three buildings at Middlesex Business Center as its corporate headquarters.

PTC was represented by Charles Parmelli of Cushman and Wakefield's Morristown, NJ, office and Brian Sekel, executive vice president of National Realty & Development Corp. represented the landlord.
