Do you have a high-performing, high-octane colleague who is under the age of 40? Have you submitted his or her name to Real Estate Forum to be profiled in the upcoming October issue? If the answer to the latter question is no, then you are in luck.
The deadline for Forum's 50 Under 40 nominations has been extended to midnight EST on Friday, August 24.
The feature, which is part of our annual Career Issue, will profile the best and brightest professionals of the next generation who are making strides in the commercial real estate industry. These are the superstars who have stood out from the pack and will likely be at the helm of the organizations of the future.
Requirements
Here are the rules: those nominated must be under the age of 40 as of Sept. 30, 2018. They also must have a solid track record in the business — a measure that can include either transaction volume or a strong contribution to their company's overall success.
We also ask that companies put up no more than 3 nominees and that these nominees were not selected by us to be featured in the 50 Under 40 in the years 2016 or 2017.
Finally, we ask that all nominations must include a high-resolution color headshot.
