7316 Wisconsin Ave.

BETHESDA, MD–An LLC owned by Saul Centers has acquired a 69,601-square foot office building in Downtown Bethesda for $35.5 million. The seller of the building, located at 7316 Wisconsin Ave., was the Chevy Chase Land Co.

HFF's Jim Meisel, Andrew Weir, Matt Nicholson, David Baker and Stephen Conley represented the seller in the transaction.

7316 Wisconsin is a five-story office building that is leased to 10 tenants. The property is steps from Bethesda Row and close to Woodmont Triangle and the ongoing nearby developments, 7272 Wisconsin Ave. and 4747 Bethesda Ave. Other attributes of note: 7316 Wisconsin is less than two blocks from the Bethesda Metro Station and is located directly across from the future Bethesda Purple Line station.
