LOS ANGELES—Commercial brokerage firm CBRE's Valuation & Advisory Services reports it is now offering valuation portfolio services for multiple property clients.

The newly launched Valuation Portfolio Services practice is aimed at firms seeking valuation solutions for multiple properties located across the United States or around the globe.

The new offering features a suite of services to provide clients with analysis and strategic advice using enhanced reporting capabilities and CBRE-proprietary technologies, such as CBRE's Valuation VIEW, a proprietary valuation technology, contains millions of property records that are available to CBRE team members, the company states.

“Whether we are undergoing a project related to a merger or acquisition, bankruptcy or any other complex situation, our approach ensures regional connectivity and cohesion led by a senior-level valuer,” says Linas Norusis, MAI, senior managing director, Valuation Portfolio Services. “Our professionals have access to the very best data and insights in the industry that provides even greater transparency for the client and shorter reporting turn-times.”

The Valuation Portfolio Services team includes senior-level professionals who can deliver portfolio valuation reports, highest and best-use studies, re-adaptive use studies, or any other customized reports through a unified model and single-point-of-contact approach, CBRE states.
