HOUSTON—Transwestern Commercial Services and Montreal-based commercial brokerage firm Devencore report that based on a new strategic alliance the two companies will collaborate on a host of service offerings.
Specifically, Transwestern Commercial and Devencore will work together on cross-border occupier, agency and capital market opportunities, and will also provide research, marketing and consulting support for existing and future clients.

Transwestern and Devencore together offer comprehensive services to a diverse range of occupier, owner and capital markets clients through 45 offices across North America. The firms, which each began operations more than 40 years ago, share a multifaceted consulting approach to real estate services, and engagements across borders are seamlessly managed by a single point of contact, the companies note in a joint announcement of the new alliance.

Transwestern has 35 U.S. offices and also maintains 221 offices in 37 countries through strategic alliances with France-based BNP Paribas Real Estate and Canada-based Devencore.
Devencore is one of the largest privately held corporate real estate brokerage and advisory firms in Canada. The brokerage firm as offices in Toronto, Montréal and Vancouver, as well as affiliated offices in Calgary, Edmonton, Moncton, Halifax, Québec City and Victoria.
