MINNEAPOLIS–Real estate investment advisory firm Arch Street Capital Advisors LLC acquired the Lafayette Park Office campus in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area on behalf of an institutional client. Ladder Capital, a New York based real estate investment trust, was the seller.
The asset is made up of four buildings totaling 677,514 square feet and is fully leased to the State of Minnesota on a long-term basis. The Lafayette Park Office campus is the headquarters for four state agencies since the mid-1980s.
Arch Street focuses on assisting investors with their US real estate strategies including acquisition and joint venture advisory, financing advisory, and asset management and disposition services. This transaction marks their entry into the Minneapolis/St. Paul office market.
