CHICAGO—RJW Transport just signed the largest new lease in the I-55 corridor this year. The 416,504 square foot deal at 50 Southcreek Pkwy. in Romeoville caps what has been a monumental year for the logistics and warehouse provider. In 2018 alone, RJW has taken nearly 1.2 million square feet of new space in the I-55 corridor further and helped reinforce Chicago's competitive strength as the nation's second largest industrial market.
