The Flats at ShadowGlen The property is being constructed in phase 1 of the 1,400-acre ShadowGlen master plan site.

MANOR, TX—With Austin-area population at a fever pitch, multifamily projects are springing up right and left. Anticipating demand, RightQuest ShadowGlen Flats LLC and Dwyer Realty Companies began working on The Flats at ShadowGlen in early 2017, retaining the Plano architectural firm Cross Architects and the Austin-based civil engineering firm Kimley-Horn to coordinate the design.

RightQuest recently broke ground on the 248-unit luxury apartment community located in this Austin suburb. The property is being constructed within phase 1 of the 1,400-acre ShadowGlen master plan development located at the northwest corner of ShadowGlen Trace and 973.
