TUCSON, AZ–The Krausz Cos. has sold the Campbell Plaza Shopping Center here for $33 million. LUCESCU REALTY, an investment real estate services firm, represented the seller and procured the buyer, an affiliate of DSW Commercial.
Situated on approximately 17 acres, Campbell Plaza is a 190,022 square foot shopping center and includes 28,000 square feet of single-story office space. Albertsons supermarket has been operating on the property for almost 25 years and recently extended their lease term. Additional tenants include Ross Dress for Less, Ace Hardware, GNC, T-Mobile, and GameStop. The center is 93.78% occupied.
The Krausz Cos. is a privately-held investment, development and management company located in San Francisco, CA. The buyer is a privately-held, full service, investment, development and management company headquartered in Tucson, AZ.
