Boro Tower

TYSONS, VA–KPMG is relocating its DC area operations to Boro Tower, currently under construction here. The firm plans to occupy up to seven floors of the 20-story tower, bringing pre-leasing to more than 60%. There is approximately 178,000 square feet remaining available for lease, according to owners The Meridian Group and Rockefeller Group.

The firm will relocate from its offices at nearby 1676 International Dr. About 1,830 staff members will be moving to Boro Tower, which is nearing completion.

CBRE's Rob Faktorow and Terry Reiley represented the owners in the lease. KPMG was represented by Phil Leibow and Bill Craig from JLL.
