Already fully leased to four tenants, the asset's strategic location is attractive to tenants in the petrochemical, port and shipping, distribution, and light manufacturing industries.

Park 225 is Meritex's third acquisition in Houston.

Headquartered in Minneapolis, Meritex owns, develops and manages approximately 10 million square feet of institutional grade, multi-tenant space encompassing 90 properties.
