MINNEAPOLIS, MN—A joint venture between Artemis Real Estate Partners and Eagle Ridge Partners is acquiring a Twin Cities four-property corporate office portfolio totaling 374,942 square feet.

Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, and Tom Holtz in CBRE's Minneapolis office represented the seller, Greenfield Partners, a Westport, CT-based private real estate fund. The sale closed November 6, 2018. The price was not disclosed.

The portfolio includes well-located suburban office warehouse properties in Golden Valley and Hopkins. The portfolio was 93-percent occupied at the time of sale.

  • Westside Business Park, 800 South 5th Street, Hopkins, MN
