Frank Thomasson

Nashville, TN–CBRE hired Frank Thomasson and Byran Fort as First Vice Presidents to form a new office leasing and investment sales team at the firm's Nashville office.

Thomasson joins CBRE after twelve years at Cushman & Wakefield where he focused on both investment sales and agency leasing for institutional ownership groups, overseeing leasing for over 1.75 million sq. ft. of office space in the Nashville market. His transactional experience in leasing and investment sales totals nearly 4,450,000 sq. ft. with a value of approximately $390 million in volume.

Fort comes to CBRE from Eakin Partners where he led over 2.2 million sq. ft. of leasing transactions and investment sales totaling more than $200 million in volume.

The two men have over 20 years of combined commercial real estate experience.

Thomasson has been recognized in his career for being a Top 10 Producer multiple times as well as a Cushman & Wakefield Rising Star. Fort was a finalist for NAIOP's 2017 Top Broker of the Year and Developing Leader of the Year.

David Wilkening

David Wilkening began his long journalism career as a police reporter for Chicago-area newspapers. He became a writer-editor for major newspapers in Chicago, Washington, Detroit and Florida. He has been a business editor, political editor and travel editor for newspapers and magazines.
