RYE, NY—Co-working firm Serendipity Labs reports its efforts to expand its offerings in suburban and secondary markets continues with planned openings at properties in White Plains and Buffalo, NY, a suburb of Milwaukee and a location in Downtown Cincinnati.
The company announced three new management contracts and a letter of intent in a fourth market in connection with its expansion program.
The Westchester County, NY-based firm reports that Argent Ventures of New York City will open a 20,000-square-foot location on two floors a the Westchester One office building in Downtown White Plains in the second quarter of 2019.
Serendipity also states that Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. will open a 20,000-square-foot lab in Buffalo, New York in late 2019. In the Wauwatosa suburb of Milwaukee County, HSA Commercial Real Estate of Chicago will open a 32,000-square-foot location at 11220 W. Burleigh St., Suite 100, in the Mayfair Collection mixed-used development. The co-working space is set to open in the second quarter of 2019.
In addition, Serendipity Labs has a license agreement letter of intent for a location in Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Serendipity did not divulge the size of the location planned or the location of the co-working space there.

Serendipity Labs has attracted more than $100 million from institutional investors and area development partners to expand its brand and network. The firm has 30 locations open and under construction, and more than 125 under development.
