NEW YORK CITY—EHE signed a deal to relocate its office and medical clinic from 10 Rockefeller Plaza to 600 Fifth Ave. The preventative healthcare company is upgrading its headquarters and flagship clinic location, expanding its office space from 47,000 square feet to 66,000 square feet. EHE will move into its new offices early next year.

Savills Studley's Brad Wolk, Erik Schmall, Peter Cento and Scott Weiss represented EHE. The building owner Tishman Speyer was represented in-house.

Although the terms of the lease were not disclosed, according to a recent Savills Studley office market report, average Class A building asking rents in Midtown were $89.35 per square foot for the third quarter 2018.

Brad Wolk, executive managing director, integrated consulting strategies at Savills Studley, says, “In a solution that is accretive to EHE's balance sheet and business goals, we successfully completed a transaction that enables EHE to exit its existing lease early and relocate to great space within the Rockefeller Center complex.”

“EHE sought to relocate to a space that would show who we are and what we do: specialists focused on prevention as the future of healthcare,” says David Levy, CEO of EHE. He commended Savills Studley for finding “a location that would communicate our mission of providing of compassionate, innovative care for patients seeking to develop and maintain holistic health.”

EHE's new space will include a clinic and offices separated by interconnecting stairs, a waiting room facing Rockefeller Center, and built-in expansion space for anticipated growth.

Other building tenants include Bridgewater Advisors, Trepp, Lazard and Loral Space & Communications.
