MINNEAPOLIS, MN—Four new professionals and two support team members are joining CBRE's Capital Markets Group in Minneapolis, MN. The addition of this team significantly bolsters CBRE's presence in the market in what the firm says will be “an excellent resource for retail investment clients.”

Joining CBRE are: Sean Doyle, Matt Hazleton, AJ Prins, and Cory Villaume, first vice presidents; Liam Hansmeyer-Schons, sales assistant; and Kate Jones, Capital Markets operations manager.

The team brings to CBRE decades of retail capital markets experience with some of the market's largest owners and investors.

Villaume began his commercial real estate career in 2006 and specializes in retail and net-leased properties throughout the Midwest region. A member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and International Council of Shopping Centers, he graduated from the University of Saint Thomas in 2006.

Doyle specializes in the sale of retail and net leased properties throughout the Midwest region. He began his career in property management, and transitioned into brokerage in 2006. A native of in Bloomington, MN, he holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing and management from the University of Iowa.

Matt Hazelton Matt Hazelton

Hazelton is a retail and single-tenant net-leased properties specialist. He represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Midwest. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the Legislative Committee of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association. A graduate of Luther College in Decorah, IA, he grew up in Cannon Falls, MN.
