PHILADELPHIA, PA—Rubenstein Partners and its partner Amerimar Enterprises are starting the second phase of modernization plans for the historic Wanamaker Office Building, 100 Penn Square East, Philadelphia, PA, a 1.4 million square-foot office and retail property located adjacent to City Hall.
Phase II will renovate two connected floors of tenant amenity space on the building's eighth and ninth floors, consisting of an updated grand atrium on the ninth floor and fitness center on the eighth floor, linked by a new internal staircase.
