ROLLING MEADOWS, IL—Colliers International Chicago's Kelly Joyce and Vern Schultz represented Venture One in its 28,022-square-foot, full building headquarters lease to Perfect Turf. The freestanding industrial property is located at 5540 Meadowbrook Ct. in Rolling Meadows, IL.

Perfect Turf will move from 230 Gerry Dr. in Wood Dale, IL, in January 2019. The new lease represents an expansion of about 15,000 square feet for the manufacturers and distributors of synthetic turf products.

“The building was ideally suited for the tenant's real estate requirements and the 6B tax classification was an especially important economic consideration,” says Joyce.

Joyce and Schultz arranged the sale of the building, then vacant, to Venture One earlier in 2018.

Venture One is upgrading the facility with an overhaul of the office space, and new HVAC units, a new roof and repaved parking lot.

Perfect Turf was represented by Lee & Associates' Ken Franzese and Joe Feeney.
