OAK BROOK, IL—CenterPoint Properties named Carmine Bottigliero vice president, development in the company's Central Region.

In partnership with the Development group, Bottigliero will be responsible for leading new development projects in CenterPoint's Joliet and Elwood intermodal parks.

“We are very pleased to bring Carmine onto the team at CenterPoint,” says Brian McKiernan, senior vice president, development at CenterPoint. “His extensive construction and development experience in real estate will be perfectly suited to manage new development projects in the Central Region.”

Before joining CenterPoint, Bottigliero worked for F.H. Paschen, Epstein, and most recently Clayco. He has more than 15 years' experience in construction and development for international and domestic large-scale commercial, industrial and roadway projects.

Bottigliero holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and construction management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
