Richard M. Rendina, chairman and CEO of the firm, has led all strategic and operational functions of the company since December 2006. Under his leadership, Rendina continues to develop, acquire, own and manage a premier portfolio of healthcare real estate throughout the country. He has personally overseen the development of more than 1.6 million square feet of real estate in 12 states, representing project costs of approximately $325 million.
The company’s vice chairman, Lawrence Juran, is responsible for development and construction of all projects, company-wide. During his tenure with Rendina, he has developed more than two million square feet of space, including medical, commercial and mixed-use projects. Michael Rendina, vice chairman and CIO, brings more than 12 years of experience in finance and operations to the organization. He is responsible for raising and structuring debt and equity capital and maintaining the company’s relationships with institutional lenders and equity partners. Stephen Barry, president, forms and maintains close relationships with health systems and physician groups nationwide, tailoring solutions for clients that focus on ambulatory strategy and market share growth. He also creates and executes Rendina’s growth strategy for expansion into new markets, and forges partnerships with real estate services firms.
