NEW YORK CITY—The innovative architectural and design firm BIG-Bjarke Ingels Group has relocated, renting a 50,000 square-foot office from Two Trees Management at 45 Main St. in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Two Trees CEO Jed Walentas has said his company's focus has been to push their buildings for creative firms, modernizing infrastructure and providing key amenities in a unique community.

Architect Bjarke Ingels has described the building, Dumbo and the Two Trees community as "Scandimerican." He cites an artistic spirit, the public space and access to Manhattan.

Plus, asking rent at 45 Main St. ranges from $48 to $53 per square foot.
