Country Inn & Suites
PROSPECT HEIGHTS, IL–CBRE brokered the sale of the Country Inn & Suites at 600 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Prospect Heights. Palwaukee Hospitality purchased the 108-room hotel for an undisclosed price.
“The hotel's 5-story, concrete and steel structure will allow Palwaukee Hospitality LLC the opportunity to convert the hotel to a Holiday Inn Express & Suites by the summer of 2019.” said Brian Silberman, senior vice president of CBRE Hotels.
Silberman, Scott Miller, Paul DeLucia and Matt McClure of CBRE Hotels represented owner, RK Hospitality LLC., in the sale.
The hotel is located next to Chicago's Elective Airport and eight miles from O'Hare International Airport.
