WHITE PLAINS—Despite significant headwinds due to the turmoil in Washington, DC and on Wall Street, a panel of New York City area developers are in lock-step that 2019 should be a good year for the commercial real estate market.
At a meeting of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester last week, a panel of development executives who have built commercial projects in New York City, Westchester and Fairfield County, CT, say conditions are still ripe for both commercial and multifamily development in the suburbs.
