COLLEGEVILLE, PA—FirstService Residential recently contracted to provide property management and maintenance services to four communities in eastern Pennsylvania: The Village at Camelback, a four-season community comprised of 309 condominiums in Tannersville, PA; Paoli Woods, a 79-unit townhome community in Paoli, PA; Ravenscliff Village III, a 137-unit luxury townhome community in Media, PA; and Goshen Valley III Condominium, a 294-unit condominium community located in West Chester, PA.

The Village at Camelback, nestled between Camelback Mountain Resort and Big Pocono State Park, is near Camelback Ski Area and Camelback Water Park. It includes numerous community amenities including a community room and extensive sports complex facility including an indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, a weight room, fitness center and indoor and outdoor tennis courts.

“We're thrilled to expand our presence in the Pocono Mountain resort area. It is a unique market that attracts both ski and winter-sport enthusiasts, as well as nature and fitness aficionados all year long,” says Jack Boselli, market president, FirstService Residential. “We look forward to making a difference in the community.”

“Our team is honored to serve as the management partner for Ravenscliff Village,” says Michael Mendillo, president, FirstService Residential. “Every detail of this luxury community has been thoughtfully planned to accommodate the needs of its residents.”

This new townhome community, nestled in a country setting, is only minutes from the heart of historic Media's downtown area, with its boutiques, fine dining and entertainment. Ravenscliff Village is near King of Prussia, Philadelphia International Airport, Center City Philadelphia and Delaware.

Goshen Valley III Condominium is in Chester County and convenient to King of Prussia, Delaware County and Wilmington, DE. The community has a clubhouse, fitness center, children's playground, pool and tennis court.

“FirstService Residential's extensive technology, including our advanced proprietary resident communication platform, is one of the reasons that the board selected us, as well as our team's depth of resources, vast expertise and stellar leadership team,” says Boselli.
