WOODBRIDGE, NJ—Colliers International Group has named Kim Kretowicz, a 25-year industry veteran, a managing director and a fellow of the firm's prestigious National Healthcare Services Group.
Kretowicz significantly bolsters Colliers' capabilities in the healthcare industry. Kretowicz will act as an advisor to clients including private investors, medical office building owners and developers, hospital systems, private physician groups and healthcare REITs.

Kretowicz was previously vice president of the healthcare real estate group and the national office group at Marcus & Millichap. She also served as a director at Cushman & Wakefield NJ and as a senior vice president/executive committee member at Grubb and Ellis.
Kretowicz is an active member of NAIOP-The Commercial Real Estate Development Association and Commercial Real Estate Women.
