Bruce Ford, President, Transwestern Commercial Services, East RegionNEW YORK CITY—Bruce Ford has been appointed President of Transwestern Commercial Services' East Region. He previously served as president of the Southeast. Under his leadership, the region's property management portfolio more than doubled to its current 20.3 million square feet. In the past five years, transaction volume increased approximately 25%.
In his expanded role, Ford will oversee operations, client services and business development for commercial real estate services throughout Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Maryland, DC, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.
