NEW YORK CITY—The New York City Housing Partnership has found itself a new home. With the expiration of its lease at 242 W. 36th St., the non-profit organization has relocated to 9,890 square feet, the entire third floor at Shulsky Properties' 253 W. 35th St. Both its former and new offices are located between Seventh and Eighth avenues in the Garment District of Midtown South. The tenant increased its space from 8,000 square feet. Additional leasing terms including asking rent and length of lease were not disclosed.

Other tenants at 253 W. 35th St. include Gibbs + Cox, A Better Chance, Curtis and Klauber Brothers, according to CoStar Group. The image of the building was provided by PropertyShark.

Savills Studley's Marc Shapses, Roi Shleifer and Seth Wasserman represented the Housing Partnership in negotiating the lease. Alan Bonett and Bradley Cohn from Adams and Co. Real Estate represented the landlord.

The NYC Housing Partnership works in the development, promotion and revitalization of affordable homeownership and rental housing. It partners with the private sector and city and state agencies. Established 35 years ago, the agency has made available 60,000 affordable housing units.
