MINNEAPOLIS, MN—PF Properties, a Golden Valley, MN-based family-owned and operated real estate business, has acquired Plymouth Technology Park, a three-building, 78,558-square-foot industrial tech park in Plymouth, MN.
Judd Welliver, Bentley Smith, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil and Tom Holtz in CBRE's Minneapolis office represented the seller in the transaction, who was identified as Alidade Capital of Bloomfield Hills, MI, by Real Capital Analytics, a proprietary research database that tracks commercial real estate transactions.
Constructed in 1997, Plymouth Technology Park I, II and III occupy 9.5 acres in the infill market of Plymouth. The three institutional-quality industrial tech buildings are fully occupied. Plymouth is 10 miles from the Minneapolis CBD and is surrounded by amenities, including 2.9 million square feet of retail and restaurant space.
