WEST CHESTER, OH—The brand-new Jacquemin Logistics Center, 8660 & 8748 Jacquemin Drive, West Chester, OH, a joint venture of USAA Real Estate and The Pizzuti Companies, has leased 238,202 square feet of space to four tenants, the Flint Group, Wayfair, Novolex, and YKK.

CBRE's Mike Lowe, senior vice president, and Doug Whitten, senior vice president, represented the owners in these transactions.

Jacquemin Logistics Center has proven to be a successful site for a diverse set of manufacturing and distribution users,” says Whitten. “The two-building facility has been over 85% leased within the first eight months of delivery. The new construction has allowed the tenants to efficiently design and layout their unique processes.”

8660 Jacquemin Drive still has 42,158 square feet available and ready for immediate lease. The building features 32-foot clear height, a 60-foot staging bay, and heavy car parking. It is located near I-75 and I-275, with access via Union Central Boulevard or SR747.
