Alliance Texas The new Alliance buildings will break ground in March and be complete in the fourth quarter 2019.

NORTHLAKE, TX—Hillwood, developer of the 26,000-acre master-planned AllianceTexas development, will build three new speculative industrial buildings totaling almost 1.5 million square feet. The space is comprised of two buildings in Alliance Northport and one building in Alliance Westport.

When fully expanded, the Alliance Westport facility will be one of the largest distribution centers available in the United States. Each building will break ground in March and be complete in the fourth quarter of this year. These new additions bring Hillwood's total amount of speculative industrial space at AllianceTexas during the past year to nearly 4 million square feet.

“Hillwood is excited to launch this next phase of our speculative building program by kicking off three new class-A facilities, including Westport 11, which has the ability to become one of the largest state-of-the-art distribution centers in the nation at over 2 million square feet,” said Tony Creme, senior vice president of Hillwood. “Our 'on-demand' approach, combined with numerous shovel-ready development sites, will allow us to continue providing incredible speed-to-market opportunities in all sizes to accommodate both new and existing customers.”
